Stain resistant
Stain resistant is the ability to resist the formation of stains, our DWR (Durable water repellent) technology works best on resisting water based stains. Other types of liquid are not excluded to be resisted by our smartpants.

How can a stain be removed?
If your garment acquires a stain, apply plenty of water to remove it, but refrain from rubbing it. If the stain is in the fabric, use soap and water to wash the stain away.

Odor free
What about unpleasant Odors? DAWODY prevents perspiration from being absorbed and stored in the fabric's fibers, thus averting unpleasant odors. While the integrated technology also neutralizes bacteria al together with the unpleasant odours functional up to 50 washes turns.

Is the DAWODY SMARTPANTS fabric see-through?

DAWODY fabric offers good opacity to prevent see through the fabric. However, the preference may vary among individuals. Our fabric is very comfortable due its composition of 3% spandex and 97% cotton making it stretchable in 2 ways making it pleasant to wear.

What cleaning products are not suitable for the garment?
Avoid using whitening products, bleach, and stain removers (detergents, powders, wipes). These products are aggressive on textiles and may deteriorate the associated technology gradually. Thanks to its inherent properties, your DAWODY fabric garment should not necessitate such products.

Does DAWODY fabric lose its properties after a certain number of machine washings?
Similar to fabric dye, the fabric's properties gradually diminish over time but maintain their qualities when following the care instructions. The DWR (durable water repellent) technology is durable up to 50 washes, not adhering to the wash instructions may lead to deterioration of the fabrics property. Our conducted test AATCC water repellent test rating show that prior to washing the repellent technology is in excellent condition that there may only occur slight random sticking or wetting of the upper surface, after 50 washes there is partial wetting beyond the spray points.

Can I wash my DAWODY SMARTPANTS by using the washing machine?
Yes, our products are stain resistant due the durable water repellent technology integrated in our products. Water repellent is not waterproof, otherwise it wouldn’t be washable nor comfortable to wear. You can wash your DAWODY product in a standard washing program at temperatures not exceeding 30/40°C.

Can I put my DAWODY SMARTPANTS in the dryer?
Avoid tumble drying with DAWODY; dryers can compromise textile integrity and diminish the fabric's performance.

How can I dry my DAWODY SMARTPANTS ?
DAWODY  fabric dries quickly. Simply hang it to air dry before ironing.

How can I iron my DAWODY SMARTPANTS?
Achieve optimal results by generously spraying your DAWODY product with water before ironing. This ensures ease of ironing and produces the smoothest results. You will see the technology being re-activated, ready to wear!
